Céline is known for its bags and canvases; people forget that the house produced jewellery for many years, which is now far rarer to find. Finding it as a complete set, with earrings and necklace together, is rarer still — especially in its original box. That is what makes this set as much a collector's piece as jewellery to wear.

The design is based on a single motif, repeated across both pieces: a medallion with a star-cut surface, its facets radiating from the centre. The principle is that of jewellery cutting applied to solid metal — each facet reflects light differently depending on the angle, giving the jewel a shifting brilliance that a smooth surface would not have. The result is structured and crisp, with that little touch of cosmic flair that gave the model its name.

The 2 cm diameter earrings are clip-on: no pierced ears required, and their lightness makes them comfortable all day long. The necklace features the same 2 cm medallion as a pendant, on a 42 cm chain that falls just at the collarbone. The two pieces can be worn together for a deliberate matching-set effect, or separately every day.

Good vintage condition, grade B — both pieces show signs of wear consistent with their age, but no oxidation: the plating has remained bright more than thirty years later. No major flaws to report; the set is documented in photos. Sold in its original Céline Paris box, with the RARR Vintage certificate of authenticity.
