La laine est d’abord traditionnellement lavée à la main, sans aucun traitement, pour révéler toute la pureté de la fibre.
Le tissage à la main peut alors opérer, avec d’agiles torsades qui apportent une certaine épaisseur à l’étoffe, pourtant si aérienne. Les teintes naturelles se mêlent, ou se superposent, dessinant un quadrillage chaleureux bordé d’une lisière douce.
Lena est disponible en Mordoré, un ocre doux et rayonnant.
