· Chef's knife 32.5 cm including 19.5 cm blade.
· Protective sheath.
· 10Cr15MoV Damascus steel blade
· High hardness 60 HRC.
· G10 handle.
· Gift box.
Premium kitchen knives in forged Damascus steel: a central core layer of 10Cr15MoV (hard steel for the cutting edge), encased on each side by 67 layers of folded forge steel. The blade is razor-sharp while remaining extremely durable (hardness 60+-2 HRC).
G10 epoxy-impregnated fibreglass handle – sturdy, durable, and highly resistant to moisture.
