The Club is divided into 3 tiers, and every person registered on The Bradery belongs to one of these 3 tiers. When you create a The Bradery account, you are automatically assigned Member status. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the number of orders placed and the total amount spent on The Bradery, regardless of the number of Brads earned. The amount used to determine your tier is the cumulative amount of your orders, excluding delivery fees .
All conditions must be met to unlock a new status. For example, if you have placed an order totaling €60 excluding delivery charges, your status will be Member.

On your app, in The Club, in the My Status section, you can see the remaining steps to complete to move to the next level.

If you place an order that allows you to unlock the higher status, you will move to that status 14 days after receiving and validating your order.

In exceptional cases, Brads may be added to your balance before your order is received. If your order is canceled or returned, the Brads corresponding to the refunded amount will be deducted from your balance.

Validity period of a status:

Your status is determined based on the amount spent since January 1st of the current year. Once a status is unlocked, it is guaranteed until the end of the current year (year N) and until December 31st of the following year (year N+1).

If during year N+1, the amount spent is less than the conditions of the status you had on January 1 of year N+2, you will return to the status corresponding to the amount spent during that year N+1.

The spend counter is reset to 0 every December 31st so that your status in year N+1 is defined by the orders and expenses of the current year.

Each new status allows you to unlock new benefits.

• Voucher : You'll receive brads in your account when you reach a new status level. You can then use them just like regular brads. These brads cannot be combined with other offers and are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned. You can find all your unlocked benefits on The Club page in your app.

• Cashback : This allows you to earn Brads every time you place an order on The Bradery. The Brads are added to your balance on The Club page 14 days after your order is received. Cashback is only available to Star and Legend statuses.

• Previews: Star and Legend statuses allow you to benefit from early access to sales, the day before the sales launch.

• Birthday Gift : If you have unlocked Legend status, 1000 Brads will be added to your balance on The Club page on your birthday. Remember to enter your date of birth in your profile (on the app, under "My Information").

• All Brads are valid for 6 months from the date they are added to your balance. Brads can be used directly at checkout on your The Bradery app (excluding delivery fees and travel sales).

These are actions that can be completed only once per person and that earn Brads immediately (follow The Bradery on Instagram and TikTok, complete your profile, etc.). All challenges are available in the app, under The Club. All The Bradery users can complete these challenges. If you had already completed some challenges before The Club launched, simply click on the challenge in your app (under The Club) to unlock the reward.

Sponsorship:

All The Bradery users can refer a friend. This allows you to offer your referral a €15 discount on their first order, and to earn Brads that will be added to your balance.

Cashback:

It allows you to earn Brads every time you place an order on The Bradery. Cashback only applies to the order amount excluding delivery fees and does not apply to travel bookings. Brads are added to your account 14 days after you receive your order. If your order is delivered in multiple packages, Brads are added to your account 14 days after you receive the last package. Only users with Legend status are eligible for Cashback.

• Legend: 1 Brad earned per euro spent

When you earn Brads in a challenge, they are automatically added to your balance. Brads earned through Cashback are added to your balance 14 days after your order is received. You can check your balance directly in The Bradery app, under The Club. Once added to your balance, you have 6 months to use your Brads. Brads can only be used on The Bradery mobile app.

To use your Brads, simply select the number of Brads you wish to use when you check out in the app. A promo code will be generated and automatically applied to your order.

You can use as many Brads as you like at each checkout; there's no minimum number of Brads you need to use. However, your order must have a minimum purchase amount of €50 to be eligible to use your Brads.

Brads offers discounts on your order total, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are always your responsibility.

With the referral program, you can allow a friend who has never ordered from The Bradery to benefit from a €15 discount on their first order.

To sponsor a friend, simply go to The Club page (by clicking on the heart at the bottom of the homepage), and in the Sponsorship section, click on "Share my link".

You will then be able to download your referral link and send it to as many friends and family members as you wish.

Your loved ones will only need to enter their email address and will directly receive a unique code to use when placing their first order of at least €50 on The Bradery.

Your referral has 3 months to use their promo code. Once they've placed an order, you'll receive the earned Brads in your app.

The number of Brads earned by the godfather depends on the godfather's status:

• Member: 1500 Brads, equivalent to a €15 discount
• Insider: 1500 Brads, equivalent to a €15 discount
• Star: 2000 Brads, equivalent to a €20 discount
• Legend: 2500 Brads, equivalent to a €25 discount

Note : The number of Brads earned by the referrer depends on their status at the time the referred friend places their order. For example, if the referrer shared their link while they were a Star and had returned to Insider status by the time the referred friend placed their order, the referrer will earn 1500 Brads, not 2000 Brads.

Referrals made before the launch of The Club allow the referrer to receive a promo code by email when their referral places an order. These referrals are not compatible with The Club's new referral system, so you will not receive any Brads through the old referral system.

On The Bradery, CashBack allows you to earn points, called Brads, for every euro spent! These Brads can then be used at checkout on the mobile app to get discounts on your order.

Cashback applies only to the amount of your order excluding delivery charges and travel sales . For example, if the total amount of your order, including delivery charges, is €105 and the amount excluding delivery charges is €100, cashback will only apply to the €100.

You can check your Brads balance in the app, in The Club (by clicking the heart at the bottom of your screen), under the My Brads section. Brads are added to your balance 14 days after your order is received. If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the Brads will be added to your account 14 days after you receive the last package.

When Brads are added to your account, you have 6 months to use them directly on the checkout page: the Brads are automatically converted into a discount on your order total (excluding delivery fees and travel sales). 100 Brads are worth €1 .

To be eligible for Cashback, you must have Legend status. If you are a Member or Star, you must first meet the requirements to upgrade to Legend status to receive Cashback.

The Legend status allows you to earn 1 Brad per euro spent (excluding delivery fees and travel sales).

Challenges are actions to be completed only once per person, which earn Brads immediately (follow The Bradery on Instagram and TikTok, complete your profile...).

All challenges are available on the app, in The Club section. All users with a The Bradery account can take on these challenges.

If you had already completed some challenges before the launch of The Club, you simply need to click on the challenge on your app (The Club section, by clicking on the heart at the bottom of your screen), to unlock the reward.

The App Connection Challenge:

This challenge allows you to earn Brads by logging into The Bradery app for several consecutive days. Points are automatically added to your account when you reach a new milestone.
