Description
Kaito Paring Knife – Small in size, big on precision
Every kitchen deserves a paring knife worthy of the name. Compact, agile and remarkably precise, the paring knife from the Kaito collection is made for the most delicate tasks: peeling a piece of fruit without losing a drop of juice, removing a stem from an aromatic herb, slicing a garlic clove into perfect pieces.
Its short hammered steel blade, scalpel-sharp, is a natural extension of your fingers. It follows every curve and contour closely, without ever catching or slipping. Thanks to its balanced, ergonomic pakkawood handle, the grip is instinctive and comfortable.
In a well-equipped kitchen, this little knife is often the first one you reach for — and the one you keep by your side until the very last prep step.
