Take your measurements using a tape measure, making sure to stand up straight and breathe normally. The tape should be held horizontally and not too tight. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure its length against a ruler.

Warning: Do not wear a bra when measuring your bust size.

- Chest measurement: at the level of the tip of the breasts.
- Bust measurement: just below the chest.
- Waist measurement: at the narrowest point of the waist, slightly above the navel
- Hip measurement: at the widest point of the hips
