The Bled chair by Woak, designed by Andrea Steidl, takes inspiration from traditional English boats of the same name and the fluid shapes of their oars. Its rounded slats, the fruit of meticulous wood craftsmanship, punctuate the backrest and wrap harmoniously around the body in the manner of traditional Windsor chairs. Made from walnut, it boasts a warm and organic presence, enhanced by the Remix 982 fabric seat.

Materials and craftsmanship

The frame is crafted from solid walnut, oil-treated to preserve and highlight the wood's natural grain. The rounded backrest slats are the result of precision craftsmanship, where each edge is carefully shaped to offer a soft touch and remarkable visual fluidity. The seat is padded and upholstered in Remix 982 fabric, renowned for its durability and contemporary colour palette.
