Citiz and Milk White (+Aero)
The Citiz model features an elegant design inspired by retro-modern style.
The De’Longhi Thermoblock system prepares your coffee at the ideal temperature. It heats only the amount of water needed for each drink.
The 19-bar pump ensures perfect results by delivering the pressure and water flow suited to the selected drink.
When customers receive their machine, they will be invited to visit offres.nespresso.fr, where they can upload proof of purchase (their invoice) and enter the machine’s serial number. They can then choose a €30 coffee pack for €1 and have it delivered to their home.

Low energy consumption
Since 2011, all our machines have switched off automatically after no more than 9 minutes of inactivity.
Repairable
We repair all our machines: simply call 0800 55 52 53. We lend you another machine while yours is being repaired and add a 6-month warranty to your repaired machine.
Recyclable
All machines that can no longer be repaired are recycled through the environmental organisation Ecosystem.
For 20 years, Nespresso has supported a circular economy for its machines. The company repairs, refurbishes and recycles its machines with its partner ANRH, which employs people with disabilities. ANRH refurbishes the machines to give these everyday items a second life, as part of a circular economy that supports more than 50 jobs in France that cannot be relocated abroad.
As part of its after-sales service, Nespresso France offers customers the option of exchanging a faulty machine for a refurbished one. This is an alternative to the standard repair option, and the decision rests entirely with the customer.
