Collagen treatment:
1 stick per day to be diluted in 150 ml of hot (for best dissolution) or cold water or milk.

You can also add it to yoghurt, a smoothie or any other drink of your choice

Crinière de Sirène:
3 capsules a day, preferably with breakfast or lunch, accompanied by a large glass of water.

Avoid taking on an empty stomach or in the evening, as the B vitamins contained may have a mild stimulating effect.

If taking 3 capsules at once feels like too much, you can split them up (2 in the morning, 1 at midday) to suit your preference.
