Description
The cast-iron tagine is topped with a conical ceramic lid that seals the dish almost hermetically.
The cone condenses steam into fine droplets, which fall back onto the food and keep it tender and juicy.
Its thermal density distributes heat evenly and retains it: meals stay hot for longer.
Cast iron makes it ready to use: it requires no soaking or pre-seasoning.
