Description
Unique is Confiture Parisienne’s single-fruit jam range. It’s made using artisan methods, cooked in small batches with only unrefined cane sugar.
Unique Raspberry uses some of the finest raspberry varieties, such as Willamette and Meeker, selected for their flavour.
Although an unopened, commercially produced jam generally keeps for around two years at room temperature and away from light, not all jams contain the same ingredients. One ingredient plays a major role in how long jam keeps: the amount of sugar.
