Confiture Parisienne selects the finest varieties of fruit grown in France to create a range of "single-fruit" jams. Delicately prepared so that each fruit can fully reveal its aromas, this is Confiture Parisienne’s new "The Unique" collection.
Although an unopened, commercially produced jam generally keeps for around two years at room temperature and away from light, not all jams contain the same ingredients. One ingredient plays a major role in how long jam keeps: the amount of sugar.
