Description
Tartine is a cream to spread. Mind you, a cream, not a paste. Not the sort that sticks to the knife and takes the bread’s soft centre with it, no: a genuinely smooth cream made with Piedmont and Alba hazelnuts, almonds, cane sugar and pure cocoa. Anything else? No, absolutely nothing else. And to make sure you know it’s good enough to eat straight from the spoon, Soledad has designed two versions of the label: one says it’s amazingly good, the other says it’s extraordinarily good.
