INGREDIENTS (1 tbsp or 6 g) • Collagen oligopeptides 1.88 g and elastin oligopeptides 120 mg (fish, mollusc, crustacean), natural flavouring, steviol glycosides • Arabica and robusta coffee bean powder - Coffea arabica and robusta 1.5 g of which caffeine 45 mg • Fructooligosaccharides 1.1 g • Maté leaf extract - Ilex paraguariensis 800 mg (DHE 3.2 g) standardised to 28 mg caffeine • Green coffee bean extract - Coffea robusta 515 mg (DHE 3.6 g) standardised to 180.25 mg chlorogenic acid and 10.3 mg caffeine • Total caffeine 83.3 mg • Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 80 mg 100% RI • Chromium chloride of which chromium 40 µg 100% RI.

1 tablespoon per day diluted in a glass of water or a cup of hot (not boiling) water. Do not heat above 70°C to preserve the quality of the active ingredients.

Preferably before lunch, to avoid any difficulty falling asleep
