• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 80 mg 100% RI1
• Rosemary leaf extract - Rosmarinus officinalis 60 mg (DHE2 240 mg) standardised to 3 mg rosmarinic acid
• Gotu kola aerial parts extract - Centella asiatica 50 mg (DHE2 200 mg)
• Horsetail aerial parts extract - Equisetum arvense 45 mg (DHE2 90 mg) standardised to 3.15 mg silica
• Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 32 mg 200% RI1
• Veri-te®: Trans-resveratrol 30 mg
• Selenium-enriched yeast - Saccharomyces cerevisiae of which selenium 55 µg 100% RI1
• CavaQ10® (gamma-cyclodextrin; coenzyme Q10) 25 mg of which coenzyme Q10 5.0 mg
• d-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate of which vitamin E 3.6 mg 30% RI1
• Reindeer lichen of which vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5.0 µg 100% RI1
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.4 mg 100% RI1.

2 capsules per day, at whichever time suits you best. We like to take them with dinner or before bed, when the skin regenerates best.

For optimal results, it is recommended to follow this course for at least 3 consecutive months.

This course can be taken continuously, all year round.

You wouldn't apply moisturiser just 3 months a year; beauty is achieved through consistency.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women (horsetail, rosemary).
Not recommended in cases of oedematous heart or kidney failure (horsetail).
Not recommended in cases of bile duct obstruction or other biliary function disorders (rosemary).
