1. Before application, brush dry hair to detangle, remove impurities and boost the shampoo's effectiveness.
2. Apply the shampoo to wet hair and distribute through the lengths. Gently massage with your fingertips to stimulate scalp microcirculation before rinsing thoroughly with water.
3. Capsules: take 1 capsule daily. Recommended 3-month course of treatment.
4. Serum: depending on your hair density, apply twice a week across the entire scalp, dry or towel-dried. Divide the scalp into 4 sections. For each section, fill the pipette and apply the serum gradually, moving the pipette along the area. Massage to stimulate microcirculation and energise the scalp. Repeat until the scalp is fully covered. Do not rinse. Leave to dry.
