1. Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and a large glass of water.
2. Apply Fortify shampoo 2 to 3 times a week to wet hair.
3. Gently massage the scalp until a light lather forms.
4. Apply 3 to 4 pipettes of serum twice a week for 3 months to the entire scalp, dry or slightly damp.
5. Divide the scalp into 4 sections
6. Apply the serum along each section
7. Massage to stimulate microcirculation
