Description
The cast-iron grill pan sears steak, then braises it slowly.
Its thermal density distributes heat quickly and evenly, then retains it: food stays hot for longer.
The PFOA- and PFAS-free ceramic coating allows cooking with very little fat.
The pouring spout collects cooking juices, perfect for whipping up a sauce straight away.
