Material: New Zealand tufted wool

Daily care: vacuum your rug at least once a week to remove dust and dirt residues. Avoid using vacuum cleaners with rotating brushes as much as possible. Over the long term, the wool pile can indeed become damaged more easily.

In case of stains: dampen the stain with warm water and blot with a cloth. Repeat the process until the stain has disappeared. Be careful with any excess water, which could damage the rug. For more substantial stains (such as coffee or red wine), entrust your rug to a professional. Coming to your home with a carpet cleaner, they will use specific solvents to remove the most stubborn stains. Be sure to specify to them that the rug's pile is made from New Zealand wool.
