1. On damp/towel-dried hair: before blow-drying or heat styling; place one to two pipettes of product into your hands, and apply evenly through the lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp.
2. On dry hair: before using heated tools or styling appliances; place one to two pipettes of product into your hands, and apply evenly through the lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp.
